Box 85, Nashville, IN 47448, Cause No: 07C01-1109-MI-0438 , and that a Tax Deed was filed on January 30, 2013 concerning the Real Estate and that the Court will rule on said Tax Deed no sooner than, thirty (30) days thereafter, March 1, 2013, and not later than sixty (60) days thereafter, April 1, 2013. You may take any action you deem appropriate.
