NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE

By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Brown Circuit Court of Brown County, Indiana, in Cause No. 07C01-1206-MF-000281 wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. was Plaintiff, and William L. Vernon and Karly J. Vernon were Defendants, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 14th day of February, 2013, at the hour of 10 a.m, or as soon thereafter as is possible, at Brown County Jail, 55 State Road 46 East, Nashville, IN  47448, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Brown County, Indiana.

Tract Number CC-19 in Cordry Park in Hamblen Township, Brown County, Indiana, being an unplatted tract of land more particularly described as follows:  A part of the former C. W. Cordry Farm located in the Southwest quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section 17, Township 10 North, Range 4 East of the Second Principal Meridian.  Beginning at the center of the Northeast quarter of said section and proceeding 22.30 feet South and 22.30 feet South and 416.88 feet West and 113.20 feet South and 49 deg. 10' West and 131.09 feet South 21 deg. 18' West to a point of beginning; thence South 5 deg. 17' East 60.00 feet; thence South 52 deg. 02' West 350.06 feet; thence North 31 deg. 37' West 60.00 feet; thence North 52 deg. 53' East 374.98 feet to the point of beginning, containing 0.48 of an acre, more or less.Also, an unplatted tract of land located in Hamblen Township, Brown County, Indiana, designated as Tract CC-20 described as follows:  Beginning at the northeast corner of the Southwest quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section 17, Township 10 North, Range 4 East and proceeding West 502.39 feet and South 96.02 feet to a point of beginning; thence South 66 deg. 22' West 220.15 feet; thence South 42 deg. 31' West 139.51 feet; thence South 47 deg. 56' West 125.11 feet; thence South 27 deg. 37' East 57.35 feet; thence South 39 deg. 51' East 26.88 feet; thence North 52 deg. 53' East 374.98 feet; thence North 21 deg. 18' East 131.09 feet to the point of beginning, containing 1 acre, more or less, and located in the Southwest quarter of the Northeast quarter of said Section. Said tract of land located in Cordry Park Area.
