SUMMONS TO LINDSEY E. DOSS

Lindsey E. Doss, whose whereabouts are unknown, is notified that a Verified Petition to Modify Custody and Parenting Time was filed on December 12, 2012, in the office of the Clerk of the Brown Circuit Court, under Cause Number 07C01-0901-DR-0033, 20 E. Main Street, Nashville, Indiana 47448.  The petition alleges that there has been a substantial and continuing change in circumstances and conditions which warrant a modification of the Court's October 22, 2012 Agreed Order with regard to custody and parenting time.  A hearing will be held on March 12, 2013 at 9:00 o'clock a.m. at which time the Court will determine whether a modification should be granted.  If you fail to appear at the hearing, your right to custody and parenting time with your children could be modified, limited or suspended.
