NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE
By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of Brown County, Indiana, in Cause No. 07C01-1205-MF-000255 wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Argent Securities Inc., Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2003-W6 was Plaintiff, and Christopher W. Roth, Donnett K. Roth, and Springleaf Financial Services of Indiana, Inc. f/k/a American General Financial Services, Inc., were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 10 day of Jan., 2013, at the hour of 10 a.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 55 State Road 46 East, Nashville, IN 47448, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Brown County, Indiana.

A part of the East Half of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 25, Township 10 North, Range 2 East, more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at a point 40 rods East of the Northwest corner of the said Quarter Quarter Section; running thence South 27 rods and 7 feet; thence East 14 rods; thence North by 17 1/2 degrees East 28 rods and 21 links to the North line of said Quarter Quarter Section; thence west upon said North line 23 rods and 4 feet to the place of beginning. Containing 3.25 acres, more or less.
