NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE

By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of Brown County, Indiana, in Cause No. 07C01-1205-MF-000255 wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Argent Securities Inc., Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2003-W6 was Plaintiff, and Christopher W. Roth, Donnett K. Roth, and Springleaf Financial Services of Indiana, Inc. f/k/a American General Financial Services, Inc., were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 10 day of Jan., 2013, at the hour of 10 a.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 55 State Road 46 East, Nashville, IN  47448, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Brown County, Indiana.

Tract No. I:

A part of the East Half of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 25, Township 10 North, Range 2 East, more particularly described as follows:

Commencing at a point 40 rods East of the Northwest corner of the said Quarter Quarter Section; running thence South 27 rods and 7 feet; thence East 14 rods; thence North by 17 1/2 degrees East 28 rods and 21 links to the North line of said Quarter Quarter Section; thence west upon said North line 23 rods and 4 feet to the place of beginning.  Containing 3.25 acres, more or less.

Tract No. II:

A part of Lot No. 24 in the Davis Subdivision, same being a part of the East half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 25, Township 10 North, Range 2 East, as recorded in Miscellaneous Record No. 10 on page 257, in the Office of the Recorder of Brown County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows:

Beginning at a point on the South line of Lot No.24, a distance of 234 feet from the West line of said Lot; thence North 36 1/2 degrees East 170.8 feet to the right of way line of State Road No. 135; thence South 39 1/3 degrees East 175 feet along the right of way of said State Road No. 135; thence West 213 feet to the place of beginning.  Containing 3/8 of an acre, more or less.

Except that part deeded to the State of Indiana recorded October 24, 1994 as Instrument Number 94-4032 described as follows:  A part of Lot 24 in Davis Subdivision, the plat of which subdivision is recorded in Miscellaneous Record 10, page 257, in the Office of the Recorder of Brown County, Indiana, described as follows: Beginning on the South line of said Lot 24 at a point North 85 degrees 07 minutes 29 seconds East 404.63 feet from the Southwest corner of said Lot; thence North 39 degrees 15 minutes 00 seconds West 88.07 feet; thence South 54 degrees 48 minutes 50 seconds West 98.77 feet to the Southeastern boundary of Old  Settler's Road; thence North 35 degrees 27 minutes 41 seconds East 138.43 feet along the boundary of said Old Settler's Road to the Southeastern boundary of S.R. 135; thence South 39 degrees 15 minutes 00 seconds East 159.29 feet to the South line of said Lot; thence South 89 degrees 07 minutes 29 seconds West 44.65 feet along said South line to the point of beginning and containing 6,594 square feet, more or less.
