NOTICE OF SHERIFF`S SALE

By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Brown Circuit Court of Brown County, Indiana, in Cause No.: 07C01-1002-MF-0071, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon FKA The Bank of New York as Trustee for the Certificateholders CWABS, Inc. Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2005-13, was Plaintiff, and Steven L. Richardson, Sandra L. Fox-Richardson, was/were Defendant(s), requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 10th day of January, 2013, at the hour of  10:00 AM.,  or as soon thereafter as is possible, at County Jail, 55 State Road, 46 East, Nashville, IN 47448-0095, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Brown County, Indiana.

Part of the East Half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 28, Township 10 North, Range 3 East, Hamblen Township, Brown County, Indiana, described as follows, to wit:

Commencing at a stone at the Northeast corner of said Section 28; run thence South 00 degrees 00 minutes West (assuming bearing) on and along the East line of Section 28, for 561.0 feet to a point; run thence North 83 degrees 23 minutes West for 755.1 feet to an iron spike at the beginning point of this description; continue thence North 83 degrees 23 minutes West 150.0 feet to an iron pin; run thence South 2 degrees 21 minutes West for 495.2 feet to an iron pipe; runt thence South 13 degrees 57 minutes East for 583.2 feet to a steel post; run thence North 52 degrees 58 minutes East for 35.0 feet to an iron pipe; run thence North 8 degrees 51 minutes West for 305.0 feet to a steel post, run thence North 73 degrees 27 minutes 30 seconds West for 422.5 feet to a steel post; run thence North 2 degrees 21 minutes East for 284.0 feet to the place of beginning, containing 7.92 acres, more or less.
