By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Brown County, Indiana, in Cause No. 07C01-1206-MF-334, wherein PNC Mortgage, a division of PNC Bank, National Association was plaintiff and Elizabeth Carol Beebe, et. al., were the defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the  10 day of  Jan. , 2013, at the hour of  10 a.m. or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 55 State Road 46, Box 95, Nashville IN. 47448, the fee simple of the whole body of real estate in Brown County, Indiana:
