  By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Brown County, Indiana, in Cause No. 07C01-1106-MF-272, wherein PNC Bank, National Association was plaintiff and Donald Parker, et al., were the defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 10 day of January, 2013, at the hour of 10 AM or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 55 State Road 46, Box 95, Nashville IN 47448, the fee simple or the whole body of real estate in Brown County, Indiana:

A part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 2, Township 10 North, Range 3 East, described as follows: beginning North 00 degrees 42 minutes West 350.00 feet North of the Southwest comer of the said quarter quarter section; thence North 00 degrees 42 minutes West 379.4 feet; thence North 86 degrees 57 minutes East 687.5 feet; thence South 00 degrees 41 minutes East 247.5 feet; thence North 86 degrees 57 minutes East 479.3 feet; thence South 11 degrees 55 minutes East 95.7 feet; thence South 88 degrees 02 minutes East 152 feet; thence with the Public Road South 00 degrees 41 minutes East 52 feet; thence South 88 degrees 09 minutes West 1336.55 feet to the beginning, containing 8 acres, more or less.
