NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE

By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Brown Circuit Court of Brown County, Indiana, in Cause No. 07C01-1202-MF-000063 wherein GMAC Mortgage, LLC was Plaintiff, and Leah R. Foster, Troy  E. Parrow and First Merchants Bank, National Association f/k/a Lincoln Bank were Defendants, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 10 day of Jan., 2013, at the hour of 10 a.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at Brown County Jail, 55 State Road 46 East, Nashville, IN  47448, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Brown County, Indiana.

Lot Numbered Nineteen (No. 19) in Woodland Lake Estates Subdivision according to the plat thereof as recorded in miscellaneous record No. 13, on page 505 in the Office of the Recorder of Brown County, Indiana AND Lot Number Sixteen (no. 16) Lot Number Seventeen (no. 17) and Lot Number Eighteen (No. 18) in Woodland Lake Estates According to the plat thereof as recorded in miscellaneous record No. 13, page 505, in the Office of the Recorder of Brown County, Indiana.
