NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE

By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Brown Circuit Court of Brown County, Indiana, in Cause No. 07C01-1009-MF-0544 wherein Bank of America, N.A., successor by merger to BAC Home Loans Servicing, LP was Plaintiff, and Hoosier Hills Credit Union, John C. Fulps and Julie L. Fulps were Defendants, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 10 day of January, 2013, at the hour of 10 a.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at Brown County Jail, 55 State Road 46 East, Nashville, IN  47448, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Brown County, Indiana.

A PART OF THE WEST HALF OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 34, TOWNSHIP 10 NORTH, RANGE 3 EAST, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING AT A POINT MARKED BY AN IRON PIPE LOCATED 400 FEET EAST OF THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 34, TOWNSHIP 10 NORTH, RANGE 3 EAST , WHICH POINT IS THE POINT OF BEGINNING FOR THE REAL ESTATE HEREIN DESCRIBED; RUNNING THENCE NORTH 2092 FEET TO A POINT IN THE CENTER OF THE PUBLIC HIGHWAY; THENCE FOLLOWING THE CENTER OF SAID PUBLIC HIGHWAY SOUTH 72-1/2 DEGREES EAST 506 FEET TO A POINT MARKED BY AN IRON PIPE; THENCE SOUTH 1942 FEET TO A POINT MARKED BY AN IRON PIPE ON THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID QUARTER SECTION; THENCE WEST ALONG SAID SOUTH LINE 451.1 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING,CONTAINING 20.95 ACRES, MORE OR LESS.
