NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE

By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of Brown County, Indiana, in Cause No. 07C01-1108-MF-0341 wherein Bank of America, N.A. was Plaintiff, and Vicki  L. Heldman; Citifinancial Services, Inc.; were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 10th day of January, 2013, at the hour of 10:00 A.M. or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 55 State Road 46E, Nashville, Indiana 47448, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Brown County, Indiana.

A part of the Southwest Quarter of Section 31, Township 10 North, Range 2 East, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Southeast corner of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 31, Township 10 North, Range 2 East; thence West 330 feet to a point; thence North 200 feet to a point, which is the point of beginning of the real estate herein described; thence East 130 feet to a point; thence North 100 feet to  a point; thence West 130 feet to a point; thence South 100 feet to the point of beginning, containing 5/16th of an acre, more or less. ALSO, a part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 31, Township 10 North, Range 2 East, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point 200 feet North of the Southeast corner of said Quarter Quarter Section; running thence West 200 feet to a point; thence North 100 feet to the middle of a 16 foot roadway; thence East following said roadway 200 feet to the East line of said Quarter Quarter Section; thence South 100 feet to the place of beginning, containing 7/16th of an acre, more or less. ALSO, Boat Dock No. 9 located in the Southwest Quarter of Section 31, Township 10 North, Range 2 East and the use of all established roadways leading to the Boat Dock in said Quarter Quarter Section, and the parking space in front of said Boat Dock.
