By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of Brown County, Indiana, in Cause No.  07C01-1108-MF-0348 wherein Flagstar Bank was Plaintiff, and  John B. Stinson and Cindy L. Stinson, were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 10 day of Jan., 2013, at the hour of 10 A.M. or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 55 State Road 46 East, Nashville, IN 47448, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Brown County, Indiana.  PARCEL NO. I: A part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 32, Township 10 North, Range 3 East, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Northeast corner of said quarter quarter; thence South 46 rods 11 feet to the Public Road; thence following the Public Road in a Northwesterly direction 10-1/2 rods; thence Northeasterly 12 rods; thence Northwesterly 34 rods to a point in the North line of said quarter quarter section 12 rods 10 feet West of the Northeast corner of said quarter quarter section; thence East 12 rods 10 feet to the place of beginning; All more accurately described by survey certified September 24, 1976 by Robert Allen, Registered Land Surveyor No. S0078, as follows: A part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 32, Township 10 North, Range 3 East, described as follows: Beginning at the Northeast corner of said Quarter Quarter; thence South 00 degrees 52 minutes West 766.6 feet; thence North 82 degrees 10 minutes West with the public road 173.25 feet; thence North 15 degrees 54 minutes East 198 feet; thence North 08 degrees 09 minutes West 561 feet; thence South 89 degrees 13 minutes East 208 feet to the beginning; containing 2.78 acres, more or less.
