By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the clerk of Circuit Court of Brown County, Indiana, in Cause No. 07C01-0907-MF-0447, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP was Plaintiff, and Calvin Willis a/k/a Calvin D. Willis and Theresa Willis a/k/a Theresa A. Willis were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 10th day of January, 2013, at the hour of 10:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as is possible, at Sheriff's Department, 55 State Road 46 East,  Nashville, IN 47448, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Brown County, Indiana.
