The State of Indiana to the defendants above named, and any other person who may be concerned. You are notified that you have been sued in the Court above named. The nature of the suit against you is a foreclosure of the real estate mortgage, legally described as:

Part of the Southwest quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section 34, Township 10 North, Range 2 East, Jackson Township, Brown County, Indiana, described as follows: Beginning in the center of a branch, South 88 degrees 51 minutes West 597.0 feet from the Southeast corner of the Southwest quarter of the Southeast quarter of said Section 34; thence South 88 degrees 51 minutes West with the South line of said Southwest quarter of the Southeast quarter 147.9 feet to the center of the Helmsburg Public Road; thence Northeasterly with the center of said Public Road 602.9 feet; thence Southerly with said branch 586.7 feet to the beginning, containing 1,56 acres, more or less.
