LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR

REZONING BROWN COUNTY AREA PLAN COMMISSION

Notice is hereby given that Bruce and Pamela Gould have filed with the Area Plan Commission of the County of Brown, Indiana, an application for Rezoning of property, to wit:

Legal description of premises:  Lot Numbered Fifteen (15) in the Patrick J. Mullaney Addition to the Town of Nashville, Brown County Indiana. Also, the North Half of vacated "A" Street lying immediately South of said lot.  Lot Numbered Fourteen (14) in the Patrick J. Mullaney Addition to the Town of Nashville, Brown County, Indiana.  Also, 30 feet by parallel lines off the South end of Lot Numbered Thirteen (13), in the Patrick J. Mullaney Addition to the Town of Nashville, Brown County, Indiana.  Also, the vacated 12 foot wide alley running East and West between Lots Numbered Thirteen (13) and Fourteen (14) in the Patrick J. Mullaney Addition to the Town of Nashville, Brown County, Indiana.  More commonly known as 360 State Road 135 N, Nashville, IN  47448-8111.  Parcel# 07-07-18-300-362.000-005 and 07-07-18-300-359.000-005 and 07-07-18-300-314.000-005.

Applicant is requesting approval for rezoning the described property from Residential (R1) to Restricted Buffer (RB). The property is located at 360 State Road 135 North in Washington Township.

The file on this matter is available for public inspection at least 10 days prior to the hearing, during the regular working hours at the Brown County Area Plan Commission office in the County Office Building, Nashville, Indiana.

The Commission will hold a public hearing on November 13, 2012 during a meeting commencing at 6:00 p.m.  All interested persons will be given the opportunity to be heard in reference to the matters set out in the petition. This notice is being published to notify persons affected by this petition by order of the Area Plan Commission. Written comments regarding the petition, which are filed with the secretary of the Area Plan Commission before the hearing will be considered. The hearing may be continued from time to time. The meeting will be held in the second floor meeting room of the County Office Building, Nashville, Indiana.
