Thelma L. (Prosser) McKee, 89, died Saturday, Oct. 13, 2012, at the Grandview Health & Rehabilitation Center in Martinsville. She was a resident of Martinsville and former resident of Morgantown.
Survivors include a daughter, Diana C. Higginbotham of Greenfield; three sons, Craig L. McKee of Morgantown, David P. McKee and Phillip D. McKee, both of Martinsville; one sister, Charlotte Stone of Indianapolis; six grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Alva Paul McKee; a son, John N. McKee; siblings, Vivian Rossell and Bud Prosser; and her parents, Daniel and Ette Mae (Hasse) Prosser.
A funeral service was conducted Thursday Oct. 18 at Meredith-Clark Funeral Home Cremation & Personalization Center, Morgantown. Friends called Wednesday Oct. 17 at the funeral home, and burial took place at East Hill Cemetery in Morgantown.
