LEGAL NOTICE
Pursuant to IC 14-33-5-3, the Cordry-Sweetwater Conservancy District Board of Directors is inviting all nominees to fill vacancies on the Board of Directors for the following areas: Dave Jarrett; Area 5, Four Year Term and David Moebs; Area 6, Four Year Term.
Nominees must be freeholders of the area for which they are running, be qualified by knowledge and experience in matters pertaining to the development of the district, and have signatures of five freeholders from the same area.
Nominations must be received by November 30, 2012 or postmarked by December 1, 2012. The election will be held on January 12, 2013.
