NOTICE OF GENERAL ELECTION: JUDICIAL RETENTION QUESTIONS

LEGAL NOTICE OF GENERAL ELECTION

The voters of Brown County are notified by the County Election Board in accordance with Indiana Code 3-10-2-2 that a general election will be held in the county on November 6, 2012, with the polls open for voting from 6:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m., prevailing local time.

In accordance with the list of candidates and the public questions certified to me by the Indiana Election Division or this County's Election Board, and the certificates of candidate selection filed in the Office of the Circuit Court Clerk of this county (or the Lake County election director), candidates for the following offices will be on the general election ballot:

President and Vice President of the United States; United States Senator; Governor and Lieutenant Governor; Attorney General; Superintendent of Public Instruction; United States Representative in Congress 9th District; State Senator District 44; State Representative District 65; Judge of the Circuit Court 88th Judicial Circuit; County Recorder; County Treasurer; County Surveyor; County Commissioner District One; County Commissioner District Three; County Council Member At Large; Brown County Schools Board Member At Large.
