By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of  Brown County, Indiana, in Cause No. 07C01-1009-MF-0540 wherein Nationstar Mortgage, LLC was Plaintiff, and Mary L. Mahoy and Robert L. Mahoy, et al., were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 8th day of November, 2012, at the hour of 10:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 55 State Road 46 East, Nashville, IN 47448, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Brown County, Indiana.

LOT NUMBER FIVE (5) IN VENTURE WOODS, AS SHOWN BY THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT CABINET 1, FILE 297B, IN THE OFFICE OF THE RECORDER OF BROWN COUNTY, INDIANA. SUBJECT TO LIENS, ENCUMBRANCES AND EASEMENTS OF RECORD.
