By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Brown Circuit Court of Brown County, Indiana, in Cause No. 07C01-1106-MF-0278 wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, successor by merger to Chase Home Finance LLC was Plaintiff, and Isaiah J. Fannin and The Unknown Tenant were Defendants, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 8 day of Nov., 2012, at the hour of 10 a.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at Brown County Jail, 55 State Road 46 East, Nashville, IN  47448, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Brown County, Indiana.

LOTS 21 AND 22 IN BLOCK 4 IN THE TOWN OF HELMSBURG, BROWN COUNTY, INDIANA, ACCORDING TO THE CORRECTED PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN MISCELLANEOUS RECORD NUMBER 3, ON PAGE 100, NOW FOUND IN PLAT CABINET 1 ON SLEEVE 270A, IN THE OFFICE OF THE RECORDER OF BROWN COUNTY, INDIANA.
