NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE
By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Brown Circuit Court of Brown County, Indiana, in Cause No. 07C01-1010-MF-562 wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, successor by merger to Chase Home Finance LLC was Plaintiff, and Irvin E. Lawson was a Defendant, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 8 day of Nov., 2012, at the hour of 10 a.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at Brown County Jail, 55 State Road 46 East, Nashville, IN 47448, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Brown County, Indiana.
