NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE

By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of Brown County, Indiana, in Cause No. 07C01-1001-MF-63 wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. as Trustee for Option One Mortgage Loan Trust 2006-3 Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-3 was Plaintiff, and R. Sean Cassiday and  Anna W. Cassiday, were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on November 8, 2012, at the hour of 10:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 55 State Road 46 East, Nashville, IN  47448, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Brown County, Indiana.

Lot Number 3 in RIDGEWAY SUBDIVISION, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Cabinet No. 1, Sleeve 220A, in the office of the Recorder of Brown County, Indiana, and more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point 16 feet West from the Southwest corner of Lot No. 25 in Patrick J. Mullaney's Addition to the Town of Nashville, Brown County, Indiana; thence South 86-1/2 degrees West 153.3 feet to a point, which point is the place of beginning for the real estate herein described; thence South 45 degrees West 91.8 feet; thence South 59-3/4 degrees West 92 feet; thence North 14-1/2 degrees East 169.5 feet; thence East 128.5 feet;  thence South 31-1/2 degrees West 56.7 feet to the place of beginning, containing 1/3 of an acre, more or less.
