By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of Brown County, Indiana, in Cause No. 07C01-1110-MF-0493, wherein PNC Bank, Ntnl. Assn. successor by merger to National City Bank was Plaintiff, and James T. Millay, Unknown Occupant(s) of 4324 Morrison Road, Nashville, IN 47448, Harold R. Stanley and United States of America, Department of the Treasury - Internal Revenue Service were the Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder on 8th day of November, 2012, at the hour of 10:00 a.m., or as soon as thereafter possible, at 55 State Rd 46 East, Nashville, IN 47448, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Brown County, Indiana.
