You are notified that you have been sued in the Court above named.

The nature of the suit against you is the foreclosure of a mortgage upon the property legally described as follows:

A part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 17, Township 9 North, Range 4 East of the Second Principal Meridian, Brown County, Indiana, described as follows:

Beginning at the Northeast comer of said Quarter Quarter Section; thence South on the East line thereof 982.89 feet to the centerline of a county road; thence South 82 degrees 42 minutes West 182.04 feet with the centerline of said road; thence North 86 degrees 27 minutes West 183.86 feet with the centerline of said road; thence North 88 degrees 28 minutes West 14.90 feet to the place of beginning of this described tract; thence North 251.00 feet to a steel stake; thence West 686.50 feet to a steel stake that is 754.00 feet South of the North line of said Quarter Quarter Section; thence South 560.00 feet to a stone; thence North 88 degrees 29 minutes East 406.34 feet to the center of a county road; thence North 56 degrees 07 minutes East 32.50 feet with the centerline of said road; thence North 22 degrees 48 minutes East 237.69 feet with the centerline of said road; thence North 55 degrees 12 minutes East 80.06 feet with the centerline of said road; thence South 88 degrees 28 minutes East 103.11 feet to the place of beginning, containing 7.80 acres, more or less.
