Patricia A. Bay, 73, Indianapolis, passed away Sept. 6, 2012. She was born March 7, 1939, in Indianapolis, to Lester and Opal (Silcox) Rice.
She was a member of New Anointing Church and Blessings of Love Ministries.
Patricia was preceded in death by her parents and three grandchildren.
She married Dale Bay, formerly of Brown County, Sept. 2, 1966, and they were married for 46 years. He survives, along with her children, Thomas Fidler, Leslie (Amy) Fidler, Betty Jo Winters, Daniel Bay, Robert (Jill) Bay, Pam (Greg) Spratt and Sandra (James) Hensley; stepdaughter, Debbie Rogers; 30 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; two brothers; three sisters and two sisters-in-law.
Friends can call Tuesday, Sept. 11 from 4-8 p.m. at G. H. Herrmann Madison Avenue Funeral Home, 5141 Madison Ave., Indianapolis, IN. The service will be conducted Wednesday, Sept. 12 at 1 p.m. at the funeral home. Patricia will be laid to rest in Forest Lawn Memory Gardens.
