The nature of the suit against you is: Complaint on Note and to Foreclose Mortgage on the following described real estate in Brown County:

A PART OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 13, TOWNSHIP 10 NORTH, RANGE 2 EAST, BROWN COUNTY, INDIANA, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:

BEGINNING AT A POINT IN THE PUBLIC ROAD LOCATED 146.10 FEET EAST OF THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID QUARTER SECTION: THENCE EAST WITH SAID ROAD 145.00 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 1 DEGREE 19 MINUTES WEST 618.75 FEET; THENCE NORTH 89 DEGREES 22 MINUTES WEST 144.70 FEET; THENCE NORTH 1 DEGREE 17 MINUTES EAST 617.10 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, CONTAINING 2.05 ACRES, MORE OR LESS.
