NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE

By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of  Brown County, Indiana, in Cause No. 07C01-1202-MF-000069 wherein GMAC Mortgage LLC (successor by merger to GMAC Mortgage Corporation) was Plaintiff, and Michael H Mann and Rebecca J Mann aka Rebecca Jo Mann, et al., were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the   13th   day of  September , 2012, at the hour of 10:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 55 State Road 46 East, Nashville, IN 47448, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Brown County, Indiana.

LOTS NUMBERED OES-536, OES-560 AND OES-561 IN SWEETWATER LAKE ADDITION PLAT NO. 76, WHICH PLAT IS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK NO. 1, ON PAGE 75, IN THE OFFICE OF THE RECORDER OF BROWN COUNTY, INDIANA. SUBJECT TO LIENS, ENCUMBRANCES AND EASEMENTS OF RECORD.
