TO THE OWNERS OF THE WITHIN DESCRIBED REAL ESTATE AND ALL INTERESTED PARTIES

NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE

By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit/Superior Court of  Brown County, Indiana, in Cause No. 07C01-1009- MF-0524 wherein Fannie Mae ("Federal National Mortgage Association") was Plaintiff, and Dennis F. Losey a/k/a Dennis Losey, et al., were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 13th  day of  September, 2012, at the hour of 10:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 55 State Road 46 East, Nashville, IN 47448, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Brown County, Indiana.

A part of the Southwest Quarter of Section 11, Township 10 North, Range 2 East, located in Jackson Township, Brown County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows:

Commencing at the Southwest corner of the Southwest quarter of Section 11, Township 10 North, Range 2 East, thence North 00 degress 10 minutes West (assumed bearing) 1367.33 feet to the point of beginning of this description, thence North 00 degrees 10 minutes West 154.99 feet, thence South 89 degrees 22 minutes 00 seconds East 1316.85 feet to a point on the centerline of Oak Ridge Road as located in January 1975, thence South 00 degrees 20 minutes East 155 feet on and along said centerline of Oak Ridge Road, thence North 89 degrees 22 minutes 00 seconds West 1317.30 feet to the place of beginning.  4.69 acres more or less.
