NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE

By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of  Brown County, Indiana, in Cause No. 07C01-0812-MF-0671 wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, as Trustee under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement Dated as of March 1, 2003, ABFS Mortgage Loan Trust 2003-1 was Plaintiff, and Offard Eugene Burkhart, et al., were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the  13th   day of  September, 2012, at the hour of 10:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 55 State Road 46 East, Nashville, IN 47448, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Brown County, Indiana.
