NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE

By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of  Brown County, Indiana, in Cause No. 07C01-0812-MF-0671 wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, as Trustee under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement Dated as of March 1, 2003, ABFS Mortgage Loan Trust 2003-1 was Plaintiff, and Offard Eugene Burkhart, et al., were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the  13th   day of  September, 2012, at the hour of 10:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 55 State Road 46 East, Nashville, IN 47448, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Brown County, Indiana.

PART OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 14, TOWNSHIP 10 NORTH, RANGE 3 EAST: BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SAID QUARTER QUARTER; RUNNING THENCE NORTH 70 RODS TO THE CENTER OF THE PUBLIC HIGHWAY; THENCE WEST WITH THE CENTER OF SAID PUBLIC HIGHWAY, 23 RODS, MORE OF LESS, TO A POINT; THENCE SOUTH TO THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID QUARTER SECTION; THENCE EAST TO THE PLACE OF BEGINNING, CONTAINING 10 ACRES, MORE OF LESS. SUBJECT TO ALL EASEMENTS AND RIGHTS OF WAY OF RECORD AFFECTING SAID REAL ESTATE.
