President Barack Obama has issued a proclamation that United States flags be flown at half-staff until sunset, July 25.
The order was issued as a mark of respect for the victims of a Friday, July 20 shooting spree in Aurora, Colo. where a masked man opened fire in a movie theater, killing 12 and injuring 50 before police found him in the theater's parking lot.
