NOTICE TO TAXPAYERS OF

ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS

Notice is hereby given the Taxpayers of Brown County, Indiana that the proper legal officers of the County Council at their regular meeting place, the County Annex Building will at 6:30 P.M. on the 16th day of July 2012 consider the following additional appropriations in excess of the budget for the current year

Brown County Probation Department  $ 2,500.00

Brown County Sheriff's Department $30,000.00 1000 380.1030

Brown County Parks & Recreation  $9,860.00 General Fund

Taxpayers appearing at the meeting shall have the right to be heard. The additional appropriation as finally made will be referred to the Department of Local Finance (DLGF)

The DLGF will make a written determination as to the sufficiency of the funds to support the appropriations made within (15) days of receipt of a Certified Copy of action taken.
