NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE

By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Brown Circuit Court of Brown County, Indiana, in Cause No. 07C01-0912-MF-0653  wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. was Plaintiff, and Gary Mayes and PNC Bank, N.A. f/k/a National City Bank were Defendants, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 12 day of July, 2012, at the hour of 10 a.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at Brown County Jail, 55 State Road 46 East, Nashville, IN  47448, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Brown County, Indiana.
