 NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE

By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Brown Circuit Court of Brown County, Indiana, in Cause No. 07C01-1005-MF-0335 wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, successor by merger to Chase Home Finance LLC was Plaintiff, and Susan N. Forister, solely in the capacity as Personal Representative of the Estate of James E. Forister and Susan N. Forister were Defendants, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 12 day of July, 2012, at the hour of 10 a.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at Brown County Jail, 55 State Road 46 East, Nashville, IN  47448, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Brown County, Indiana.

A part of the East Half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 28, Township 8 North, Range 4 East, Brown County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows:Commencing at a found iron pin at the Southwest corner of the East half; thence along the West line of said East half and subsequently along or near the approximate centerline of a County Road, North 00 degrees 00 minutes 34 seconds West (an assumed bearing) 1, 626.00 feet to a set iron pin at the point of beginning of this description; thence continuing along said West line and subsequently along or near said centerline, North 00 degrees 00 minutes 34 seconds West 267.89 feet to a set iron pin; thence leaving said West line, North 89 degrees 47 minutes 19 seconds East (passing through set iron pin at 16.50 and 324.00 feet) 786.86 feet to a set iron pin; thence South 18 degrees 42 minutes 02 seconds East 285.71 feet to a set iron pin; thence South 89 degrees 59 minutes 22 seconds West (passing through a set iron pin, thence South 89 degrees 59 minutes 22 seconds West (passing through set iron pins at 476.42 feet and 861.92 feet) 878.42 feet to the point of beginning, containing 5.148 acres, more or less.
