By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Brown Circuit Court of Brown County, Indiana, in Cause No. 07C01-1010-MF-0598 wherein Bank of America, N.A., successor by merger to BAC Home Loans Servicing, LP was Plaintiff, and The Unknown Heirs and Devisees of Rose M. Fluharty, Deceased, Steven Fluharty, Lois Schrougham a/k/a Lois Scrogham, Harry T. Fluharty and Timothy L. Fluharty were Defendants, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 12 day of July, 2012, at the hour of 10 a.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at Brown County Jail, 55 State Road 46 East, Nashville, IN  47448, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Brown County, Indiana.

LOTS NO. 1 AND NO.2 IN BLOCK NO.1, IN THE TOWN OF GEORGETOWN (NOW BEAN BLOSSOM), BROWN COUNTY, INDIANA.
