NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE

By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Brown Circuit Court of Brown County, Indiana, in Cause No. 07C01-1110-MF-0479 wherein PNC Bank, N.A. was Plaintiff, and Carolyn Bowden a/k/a Carolyn V. Bowden a/k/a Carolyn V. Skura, Centra Credit Union and Capital One Bank (USA), N.A. were Defendants, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 12 day of July, 2012, at the hour of 10 a.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at Brown County Jail, 55 State Road 46 East, Nashville, IN  47448, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Brown County, Indiana.

A part of Lot Numbered 11 in Timbercrest Subdivision, as set forth on Plat recorded in Plat Book No. 2 on page 27, in the office of the Recorder of Brown County, Indiana, described as follows:Beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot Numbered 11; thence South 87 degrees 54 minutes West 90.0 feet; thence North 48 degrees 16 minutes West 577.5 feet; thence North 03 degrees 02 minutes West200.0 feet; thence North 87 degrees 54 minutes East 500.0 feet to the East line of said Lot Numbered 11; thence South 03 degrees 02 minutes East with said East line 600.0 feet to the beginning, containing 5.0acres, more or less.Together with a Fifty (50) foot Roadway for Ingress and Egress, commonly known as Timbercrest Road, as shown on the Plat of Timbercrest Addition recorded in Plat Book 2, page 27, in the Office of the Recorder of Brown County, Indiana.

Together with rents, issues, income and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
