NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE

By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Brown Circuit Court of Brown County, Indiana, in Cause No. 07C01-1108-MF-0400 wherein Wells Fargo Bank, NA was Plaintiff, and Fred W. Robbins and BMO Harris Bank National Association f/k/a M&I Bank FSB were Defendants, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 12 day of July, 2012, at the hour of 10 a.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at Brown County Jail, 55 State Road 46 East, Nashville, IN  47448, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Brown County, Indiana.

A part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 36, Township 10 North, Range 2 East; and a part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 1, Township 9 North, Range 2 East, described as follows:  Beginning North 87 degrees 47 minutes East 318.0 feet from the Southwest corner of said Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 36; thence North 01 degree 53 minutes West 360.0 feet; thence North 89 degrees 47 minutes East 443.7 feet; thence South 01 degree 53 minutes East 167.7 feet; thence South 60 degrees 54 minutes West 180.9 feet; thence South 37 degrees 47 minutes East 132.3 feet; thence South 89 degrees 47 minutes West 116.8 feet; thence South 00 degrees 25 minutes East 350.0 feet; thence with the center of the public road South 72 degrees 39 minutes West 102.9 feet; and South 82 degrees 57 minutes West 131.8 feet; thence North 02 degrees 21 minutes West 396.2 feet; thence South 89 degrees 47 minutes West 0.8 feet to the beginning containing 3.21 acres, more or less, in Section 36; and 2.05 acres, more or less, in Section 1.
