TO THE OWNERS OF THE WITHIN DESCRIBED REAL ESTATE AND ALL INTERESTED PARTIES

     By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Brown County, on Cause No. 07C01-1106-MF-0269 wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., As Trustee For The Certificateholders of Soundview Home Loan Trust 2007-OPT4, Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-OPT4, was Plaintiff and William Cox, was the Defendant, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on July 12, 2012 at the hour of 10 AM at 55 State Road 46 East, Nashville, IN 47448,  the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Bartholomew, Indiana.

Part of the North half of the Southeast quarter of Section 22, Township 8 North, Range 3 East of the Second Principal Meridian, Van Buren Township, Brown County, Indiana, described as follows:

Commencing at a 5/8 inch rebar found marking the Southwest corner of the Northeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of said Section 22; thence North 87 degrees 36 minutes 16 seconds East (bearing from deed) on and along the South line of said Northeast quarter of the Southeast quarter 76.49 feet; thence North 00 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East 77.52 feet to a 5/8 inch rebar found marking the South corner of a tract described to Whitaker in Deed Record No. 155, page 203 on Contract to S.M.I. Paragon in Instrument No. 2006-934 and My Stars, LLC in Instrument No. 2006-933 in the office of the Recorder of Brown County, Indiana, and the beginning; thence North 55 degrees 23 minutes 59 seconds West with the Westerly line of said S.M.I. Paragon and My Stars, LLC 268.33 feet to a 5/8 inch capped rebar set; thence North 65 degrees 44 minutes 49 seconds East 579.23 feet to a 5/8 inch capped rebar set; thence North 18 degrees 57 minutes 11 seconds East 127.52 feet to a 5/8 inch capped rebar set; thence North 12 degrees 35 minutes 37 seconds West 156.56 feet to a 5/8 inch capped rebar set; thence North 67 degrees 32 minutes 46 seconds East 280.97 feet to a survey marker set in the apparent center of Orchard County Road on the Easterly line of said S.M.I. Paragon and My Stars, LLC; thence the following two (2) courses are with the apparent center of said County Road and said Easterly line: South 29 degrees 08 minutes 30 seconds East 76.51 feet to a railroad spike found and South 42 degrees 17 minutes 30 seconds East 203.56 feet to a railroad spike found marking the East corner of said S.M.I. Paragon and My Stars, LLC; thence leaving the apparent center of said County Road South 53 degrees 30 minutes 34 seconds West 930.93 feet to the beginning, containing 5.00 acres, more or less.
