The State of Indiana to the defendant named above and any other person or persons who may be concerned. You are notified that you have been sued in the Court named above. The nature of the suit against you is: Foreclosure of real estate mortgage on: The following described real estate in Brown County, in the State of Indiana:

Part of the Southeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section 12, Township 10 North, Range 3 East, Hamblen Township, Brown County, Indiana, described as follows: Commencing at the Northeast corner of the Southeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of said Section 12; thence South 88 degrees 11 minutes West (assumed bearing) with the North line of said Southeast quarter of the Northeast quarter 213.14 feet to the point of beginning for the tract herein described; thence South 01 degree 49 minutes East 273.33 feet; thence South 87 degrees 36 minutes West 434.81 feet; thence North 63 degrees 54 minutes West 340.39 feet to the center of Peoga Ridge County Road; thence North 34 degrees 24 minutes East with the center of said County Road 146.77 feet to the North line of said Southeast quarter of the Northeast quarter; thence North 88 degrees 11 minutes East with said North line 648.86 feet to the beginning, containing 4.0 acres, more or less.
