NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE

By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of Brown County, Indiana, in Cause No.  07C01-1007-MF-0415 wherein Bank of America, N.A., as successor by merger to BAC Home Loans Servicing, LP fka Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, LP was Plaintiff, and  Joseph A. Emanuele a/k/a Joseph Anthony Emanuele and Amanda K. Emanuele a/k/a Amanda Kay Emanuele, were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 12 day of    July, 2012, at the hour of 10 A.M. or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 55 State Road 46 East, Nashville, IN 47448, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Brown County, Indiana.

Tract Number AA-22 in Cordry Park, Hamblen Township, Brown County, Indiana, being unplatted tract of land more particularly described as follows, to-wit: A part of the former C.W. Cordry Farm located in the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 17, Township 10 North, Range 4 East of the Second Principal Meridian, description starting at the Southeast corner of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of said section and proceeding 17.86 feet South 88 degrees 30 minutes West and 676.90 feet North and 945.57 feet West to the point of beginning; thence North 41 degrees 32 minutes East 68.49 feet; thence North 85 degrees 57 minutes East 110.88 feet; thence South 31 degrees 6 minutes West 179.05 feet; thence South 59 degrees 55 minutes West 37 feet; thence North 34 degrees 10 minutes West 29.98 feet; thence North 10 degrees 2 minutes West 89.09 feet to the point of beginning.
