Three Brown County residents face high-level felony charges after a raid on a home north of Nashville allegedly turned up drugs and the ingredients to make methamphetamine.
On Monday, the Brown County Prosecutor’s Office lodged Class A and Class B felony dealing meth charges against 29-year-old Brandon M. Todd, 23-year-old Tricia Elaine McDonald and 46-year-old Terrill Trivett.
The trio was arrested over the weekend following a raid on Trivett’s home at 1412 State Road 135 North.
According to a probable cause affidavit, police served a search warrant at the address on June 2 and located a large amount of meth, along with bags of marijuana and a laundry list of drug paraphernalia and drug-making materials.
Brian Shrader of the Nashville Police Department reported that police found 23.5 grams of meth in a locked safe in the room where officers found Todd and McDonald sleeping in a bed.
Court records show that other items found included rubber tubing, lithium batteries, burnt foil, a box of pseudoephedrine, a mirror with white residue and scales containing marijuana residue.
Shrader reported syringes, spoons and bands found in a hidden compartment behind a bookcase. The officer also listed surveillance cameras inside and outside the home attached to multiple TV monitors, as well as a ledger containing names, among the items located on the property.
In addition to the dealing charges, Trivett faces Class D felonies of maintaining a common nuisance, possession of methamphetamine and unlawful possession of a syringe, as well as Class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana.
The case against Todd and McDonald contains the additional charges of Class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana, Class A misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia and Class B misdemeanor visiting a common nuisance.
In the early morning hours of Sunday, police booked Todd, McDonald and Trivett into the Brown County Jail, where they remained as of Tuesday afternoon.Michele Marie Taylor, 47, Brown County
