TO THE OWNERS OF THE WITHIN DESCRIBED REAL ESTATE AND ALL INTERESTED PARTIES

NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE

By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of Brown County, Indiana, in Cause No. 07C01-1106-MF-0267 wherein BAC Home Loans Servicing, LP was Plaintiff, and Thomas B. Harris, deceased; Linda L. Harris; were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 12  day of July, 2012, at the hour of  10 AM or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 55 State Road 46E, Nashville, Indiana 47448, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Brown County, Indiana.

Part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 32, Township 10 North, Range 2 East, more specifically described as follows:

Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Quarter Quarter Section and running thence South along the West line thereof, 670 feet more or less, to the center of the Public Highway; thence following the center of said Public Highway North 67 degrees East 150 feet to a point, which said point is the true point of beginning for the real estate herein conveyed; thence North 9.25 degrees West 179.8 feet to a point; thence North 54 degrees East 100 feet to a point; thence South 10-1/4 degrees, East 199.4 feet to the center of the Public Highway; thence South 67 degrees West following the center of said Public Highway 100 feet to the place of beginning.

Also known as Lots 49 and 50, Bayou Subdivision as recorded November 10, 1964 in Plat Book 1, Page 50, in the Office of the Recorder of Brown County, Indiana.
