Lot Numbered 126 in Woodland Lake Estates, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Cabinet No. 1. Sleeve 195A, in the Office of the Recorder of Brown County, Indiana.

This summons by publication is specifically directed to the following named defendants whose addresses are follows:

Unknown Heirs of Kenneth Sprong, now deceased, 72 Willow Street, Apt. 203, Nashville, IN 47448-7074;

Property Owner's Association of Woodland Lake. Inc., c/o Lynda Sandow 1949 E. South Shore Dr., Morgantown, IN 46160; and to the following defendants whose whereabouts are unknown:

The Unknown Heirs, Representatives, Devisees, Legatees, Executors, Administrators, Spouses, Receivers, Lessees, Successors, Assigns, Guardians, Trustees, Children, Cestuis Que Trust of Kenneth Sprong, now deceased, Individually and as the Trustee under the Kenneth Sprong Revocable Trust Agreement dated June 17, 2008

In addition to the above named defendants being served by this summons there may be other defendants who have an interest in this lawsuit.
