McGuire, deceased, has filed his report of final accounting and petition for distribution in final settlement of said estate.  The same will come for examination and action of said Brown Circuit Court on the 15th day of May, 2012 at 3:00 p.m. unless persons interested in said estate appear or file written objections to said final account on or before said date and show cause, if any there be why such accounting should not be approved or unless such persons makes proof of heirship and  claim any part of such estate not shown by such report.
