By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of Brown County, Indiana, in Cause No. 07C01-1109-MF-0437 wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. was Plaintiff, and Christopher B. Pierce; Tammy M. Pierce; State of Indiana; were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 10th day of May, 2012, at the hour of 10:00 AM or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 55 State Road 46E, Nashville, Indiana 47448, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Brown County, Indiana.
A part of the North Half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 24, Township 9 North, Range 2 East, Brown County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point 50 1/2 rods West and 32.40 rods south of the Northeast Corner of the Northeast Quarter of Section 24 Township 9 North Range 2 East, thence North 84 3/4 degrees West 207 feet; thence South 13 3/4 degrees East 134 feet; thence South 2 1/2 degrees East 278.5 feet to a point; thence South 13 3/4 degrees East 169.8 feet to the right-of-way of the Nashville-Helmsburg Public Highway; thence East 130 feet; thence North 162.5 feet; thence North 372 feet; thence West 8.25 feet; thence North 10 feet to the place of beginning, containing 2.25 acres, more or less.
