NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE

 By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of Brown County, Indiana, in Cause No. 07C01-0801-MF-0034 wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. was Plaintiff, and Ted Fugate; Frances S. Fugate A/K/A Francis S. Fugate; Citimortgage, Inc.; Richard Smith; Buffey Smith; were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 10th day of May, 2012, at the hour of 10:00 AM or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 55 State Road 46E, Nashville, Indiana 47448, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Brown County, Indiana.

 A part of the East half of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 9, Township 10 North, Range 3 East, and a part of the West half of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 10, Township 10 North, Range 3 East, Brown County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows:

 Beginning at the Southwest corner of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 10, Township 10 North, Range 3 East; thence North 24 rods to a point, which is the point of beginning for the real estate herein described; thence West 150.8 feet to a point in the middle of said public highway; thence following the middle of the said public highway North 4 degrees West 123.3 feet to a point; thence East 356.3 feet to a point; thence South 1 1/4 degrees East 124 feet to a point; thence West 194.7 feet to the point of beginning, containing 1 acre more or less.
