 By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of Brown County, Indiana, in Cause No. 07C01-1105-MF-0209 wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. was Plaintiff, and Jennifer L. Rogers a/k/a Jennifer Rogers a/k/a Jennifer L. Collins; Michael P. Rogers a/k/a Michael Rogers; David Cox; SMI-Paragon Inc.; were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 10th day of May, 2012, at the hour of 10:00 AM or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 55 State Road 46E, Nashville, Indiana 47448, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Brown County, Indiana.

Part of the North half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 22, Township 8 North, Range 3 East of the Second Principal Meridian, Van Buren Township, Brown County, Indiana, described as follows:

Commencing at a 5/8 inch rebar found marking the Southwest corner of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 22; thence North 87 degrees 36 minutes 16 seconds East (bearing from deed) on and along the South line of said Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter 76.49 feet; thence North 00 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East 77.52 feet to a 5/8 inch rebar found; thence North 55 degrees 23 minutes 59 seconds West 429.09 feet to a 5/8 inch rebar found; thence North 39 degrees 27 minutes 38 seconds West 171.65 feet to a 5/8 inch capped rebar (stamped Bennett S0438) found and the beginning; thence South 73 degrees 52 minutes 36 seconds West 143.30 feet to a 5/8 inch capped rebar (stamped Bennett S0438) set: thence North 30 degrees 00 minutes 45 seconds West 127.53 feet to a 5/8 inch capped rebar (stamped Bennett S0438) set; thence North 89 degrees 59 minutes 47 seconds East 143.30 feet to a PK. nail (in a rock ledge) found; thence North 58 degrees 18 minutes 06 seconds East 1122.32 feet to a 2 inch mag nail with aluminum disc (stamped Bennett S0438) set over a railroad spike found in the center of Orchard County Road; thence the following two (2) courses are with said County Road: South 26 degrees 09 minutes 30 seconds East 139.61 feet to a 2 inch mag nail; with aluminum disc (stamped Bennett S0438) set and South 29 degrees 08 minutes 30 seconds East 10.39 feet to a 2 inch mag nail with aluminum disc (stamped Bennett S0438) found; thence leaving said County Road South 47 degrees 17 minutes 51 seconds West 531.05 feet to a 5/8 inch capped rebar (stamped Bennett S0438) found; thence South 73 degrees 52 minutes 36 seconds West 596.64 feet to the beginning, containing 5.002 acres, more or less.
