NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE

By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of Brown County, Indiana, in Cause No. 07C01-1106-MF-0244 wherein Wells Fargo Financial Indiana, Inc. was Plaintiff, and Corene A. Crawhorn a/k/a Corene Annette Czerwinski; Tim P. Crawhorn; Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., Successor in Interest to Wells Fargo Financial Bank; Household Finance Corporation III; Wells Fargo Financial Indiana, Inc.; were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 10th day of May, 2012, at the hour of 10:00 AM or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 55 State Road 46E, Nashville, Indiana 47448, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Brown County, Indiana.

The following real estate in Brown County, in the State of Indiana, to-wit:

A part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 10, Township 8 North, Range 3 East, described as follows:

Beginning North 630.0 feet and West 952.5 feet from the Southeast corner of the North half of said quarter quarter; thence South 21 degrees 58 minutes West 371.6 feet to the center of State Highway No. 135; thence following the center of said State Highway North 43 degrees 41 minutes West 316.1 feet; thence North 72 degrees 00 minutes East 375.7 feet to the beginning, containing 1.22 acres, more or less.

Subject to any utility easements, highways or rights of way of record.
