 TO THE OWNERS OF THE WITHIN DESCRIBED REAL ESTATE AND ALL INTERESTED PARTIES

NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE

By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of Brown County, Indiana, in Cause No. 07C01-1107-MF-0338 wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. was Plaintiff, and George S. Wetzel; were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 8 day of  March, 2012, at the hour of 10 AM or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 55 State Road 46E, Nashville, Indiana 47448, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Brown County, Indiana.

A part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 21, Township 9 North, Range 2 East, described as follows:

Beginning in the center of a public road at a railroad spike marking the Southeast corner of Section 21, thence with the center of a public road South 89 degrees 55 minutes West 1037.31 feet; thence with the center of a public road North 17 degrees 37 minutes East 266.44 feet; thence with the center of a public road North 04 degrees 26 minutes East 120.69 feet; thence with the center of a public road North 17 degrees 24 minutes West 147.00 feet; thence with the center of a public road North 39 degrees 39 minutes West 65.0 feet; thence with the center of a public road North 51 degrees 04 minutes West 115.83 feet; thence with the center of a public road North 36 degrees 13 minutes West 17.75 feet; thence North 89 degrees 55 minutes East 1146.46 feet; thence South 01 degrees 09 minutes West 652.0 feet to the beginning.
