By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Brown Circuit Court of Brown County, Indiana, in Cause No. 07C01-1103-MF-0112 wherein Bank of America, N.A., successor by merger to BAC Home Loans Servicing, LP was Plaintiff, and Jon Waltz a/k/a Jonathan Richard Waltz, Misty Bumbalough a/k/a Misty Michelle Waltz and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Countrywide Home Loans,Inc. were Defendants, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 8 day of March, 2012 at the hour of 10 a. m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at Brown County Jail, 55 State Road 46 East, Nashville, IN 47448, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Brown County, Indiana.
