By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Brown Circuit Court of Brown County, Indiana, in Cause No. 07C01-1106-MF-0246 wherein Bank of America, N.A., successor by merger to BAC Home Loans Servicing, LP was Plaintiff, and Deborah A. Smith a/k/a Deborah Anne Smith and Ronnie D.
