NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE

By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Brown Circuit Court of Brown County, Indiana, in Cause No. 07C01-1003-MF-0107 wherein Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation was Plaintiff, and Richard V. Minton, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for Countrywide Home Loans, Inc. and Aqua Finance, Inc. were Defendants, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 8 day of March, 2012 at the hour of 10 a. m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at Brown County Jail, 55 State Road 46 East, Nashville, IN 47448, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Brown County, Indiana.

A part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 31, Township 10 North, Range 2 East, Brown County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point located South 00 degrees 28 minutes East 673.98 feet from the Northeast comer of said quarter quarter; thence running South 00 degrees 28 minutes East 329.75 feet to the center of a Public Highway; thence following said highway North 88 degrees 22 minutes West 134.93 feet; thence leaving said highway and running North 00 degrees 36 minutes East 325.91 feet; thence East 128.78 feet to the place of beginning; containing 1.00 acre, more or less.
